An evening in honour of Giggi Zanazzo (Rome, January 31, 1860 - Rome, December 13, 1911) on the 150th anniversary of his birth and the 100th of his death. To mark the occasion, the book Roma affatata. Antologia di storie romane sospirate dai versi di Giggi Zanazzo (edited by Armando Arpata) will be launched.

Aloysius Antonius Joachim Zanazzo: poet and prose writer, folklorist, playwright, is the author of numerous plays in Roman dialect. He was also a distinguished scholar of Roman traditions and is considered, along with Francesco Sabatini, the founder of Romance philology.
