The exhibition of Franco Fontana an absolute star of the postwar Italian photography.

Biography

Franco Fontana was born in Modena in 1933, where he still lives and works .
His works are now preserved in major museums worldwide, including MoMA in New York, the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum, the George Eastman House in Rochester, the Ludwig Museum in Cologne, the Museum of Modern Art San Francisco Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, The Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow, the Australian National Gallery in Melbourne, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, the GAM of Turin, the Museum and Art Moderne in Paris, the Kunsthaus Museum in Zurich, Victoria Albert Museum in London.
